We collect information when you book a service or buy a product at
`Our Hair Lounge`. We will also collect information if you are applying for a job.

We use that date to create a profile on our booking system `Fresha`.
This data will enable us to create a client profile and book your requested service. Failure to provide the information that we need will result in us being unable to carry out the service.
You also have the option to subscribe to updates, this can be found on our website www.ourhairlounge.co.uk. Subscribing to this service will ensure that you are kept up to date with the latest news and information.
You are able to unsubscribe at any time.
We will not share your information with any other third party without your consent, except to help prevent fraud or if required to do so by law.

This is so that you are aware of our latest news and information.
Also, our booking system Fresha offers a reminder service so you don’t need to worry about missing your next appointment. These reminders will be sent via email or a text message.
When booking an appointment at `Our Hair Lounge` we will ask for your consent regarding marketing.

How long we store your information on our system
If you are a recurring client, we will have a history of your service record. This includes:

Chemical service notes

Your expenditure history with us.
If you stop coming to us, ` Our Hair Lounge ` will store this information for two years.
At the end of this two-year period we will archive your personal details, with the exception of your name and chemical service notes history (which will be kept for four years) and financial transaction history (which will be stored for six years).
Where is your data stored?
Our Hair Lounge uses the booking system Fresha:
